Overview

As a Senior, Digital Production Artist at Epsilon, you will lead all aspects of creative production, including project management, scalable content operations, automation, and hands-on creative execution. You will develop deep expertise in Epsilon’s proprietary software platforms to create, test, manage, and maintain creative content aligned with complex client business goals.

The Senior, Digital Production Artist collaborates closely with Art Directors, Motion Designers, Developers, and Account Managers to deliver work quickly and efficiently. You will lead process and workflow improvements by finding opportunities for automation, tool updates, and enhancements. Working under the direction of Production Managers and Creative Directors, you will own assigned work that advances Creative team goals and improves efficiency and quality through automation, standardization, and innovation. Drawing on deep expertise in creative tools and production pipelines, along with a keen eye for design, you will establish operational efficiencies and elevate creative quality across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor junior and mid-level creative team members, fostering skill development and maintaining brand consistency across deliverables.

  • Understand and adhere to client brand guidelines, successfully interact with designers, developers, account managers, and engineers to optimize and deliver all creative assets to spec.

  • Elevate the Creative on accounts, discovering ways to optimize, automate and advance our creative

  • Define and refine agency-wide creative processes, protocols, and production workflows to scale quality and efficiency.

  • Lead creative efficiencies for new and existing business partnering with account teams to drive scale and automation.

  • Proactive prioritization & strong coordination of tasks shared across the Production team such as asset creation and content management updates providing clear directions to fellow teammates with a high attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in an agency or in-house environment leading complex digital design and multi-channel campaigns.

  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, project management problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to guide projects from design through final delivery.

  • Expert in Digital Image processing (cropping, manipulation, and retouching) experience

  • Ability to complete complex asset optimization, requiring a deep understanding of resolution/dpi, raster vs. vector, font management, file weight and other related digital imaging concepts

  • Proven ability to work in a team environment who can give and take direction well

  • Proficiency in:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)

  • Advanced Motion Graphics (animation, dynamic visual storytelling)

  • Microsoft 365 & Collaboration Tools (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Compensation Range: USD $67,800.00 - USD $126,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
