This role will have project management focus on shorter term projects and managing operations of our internal and external manufacturing activities for all orders. Responsibilities Order Management Duties Define the delivery deadline and prepare the sales schedule for forecasted projects by evaluating the lead times of the critical supply items, the analysis of capacity utilization of the manufacturing teams. Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of the schedules and delivery dates of each project. Coordinate planning of internal and third parties' resources. Define the priority among projects by balancing the individual needs and the availability and allocation of resources. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Manage the relationship with internal stakeholders. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. Coordinates larger shipments and logistic tracking. Perform other related duties as assigned.
