Are you a compassionate, highly organized nurse who thrives in complex care environments? Join our team as an ALS and Muscular Dystrophy Clinical Program Coordinator and become a trusted guide for patients and families navigating life with progressive neuromuscular disease.

In this dynamic role, you will combine clinical expertise, care coordination, advocacy, education, data management, and program development to help patients receive seamless, timely, and personalized care.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's of Science, Nursing - minimum

  • Master's Degree Master’s of Science, Nursing - preferred

Experience

  • 3 years Experience in an acute care setting (transplant, cancer, breast, pre-natal); preferred experience with program development and implementation of navigator programs. - minimum

Licenses and Certifications

  • RN State License - Upon Hire minimum Registered Nurse

  • ANCC Specialty Certification - 1 Year minimum Professional Certification in area of specialty
