Full job description
The Team
ConvergeCONSUMER™ is a product-driven business that combines differentiated consumer insights with robust prediction and optimization capabilities to help consumer-focused businesses improve decision-making and deliver personalized experiences to drive growth, consumer loyalty, and profitability. We operate with the speed and agility of a startup within the world's largest professional services firm.
We drive value for our clients by optimizing decisions and actions at a level of granularity only made possible with today's data and technology. ConvergeCONSUMER's suite of solutions helps consumer-facing businesses prosper in a world being re-shaped by convergence, where the lines between industries, competitors and collaborators, consumers and suppliers, and even human and artificial intelligence have blurred.
Position Summary
Are you a technical product manager who'd rather demo a capability than write a slide about it? We're looking for a field-facing PM to own the adoption, socialization, and customer-facing success of the Converge Agentic Framework (CAF) across ConvergeCONSUMER's product portfolio - acting as the bridge between CAF engineering and the teams building on top of it. This isn't a status tracker or meeting-scheduler role: it's someone who can demo, sell, socialize, gather feedback, and refine requirements.
Recruiting for this role ends on 12/01/2026.
Work you'll do
As the Technical Field-Facing Product Manager, you will:
-
Own the Agentic portfolio - serve as the go-to owner of the Agentic story across ConvergeCONSUMER products, able to independently demo and explain every major Core Agentic capability and articulate its differentiation and business value
-
Act as the primary interface between the CAF engineering team and ConvergeCONSUMER, alongside peer consuming organizations, converting feedback into actionable engineering work
-
Own backlog, requirement clarification, acceptance criteria, and delivery readiness validation ahead of each build
-
Evangelize CAF and lead the narrative through internal marketing, roadshows, whitepapers, and executive updates
-
Lead demos and produce showcase content, staying involved in every customer interaction that touches Agentic capabilities
-
Drive adoption and cross-org collaboration, tracking usage and helping prioritize engineering allocation with product leadership
-
Track Agentic feature usage and development needs across the Consumer portfolio, surfacing patterns that should inform the roadmap
-
Partner with Consumer account and delivery teams to make sure Agentic capabilities are positioned and demoed correctly in client conversations
The successful candidate would possess these skills:
-
Comfortable operating as both a technical expert and a compelling storyteller, equally at home in a hands-on demo and an executive briefing
-
Strong bias toward action - prefers demoing and gathering feedback directly over relying on status decks or meeting cycles
-
Skilled translator between engineering reality and business or customer value
-
Proactive relationship-builder across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
-
Genuine curiosity about emerging agentic and AI capabilities and how they create real client value
-
Comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-organizational problems without a clear existing owner
Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
-
5+ years of experience in technical product management, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
-
2+ years of experience demoing technical or AI capabilities to customers or executives, including partnering with engineering teams to translate feedback into requirements and acceptance criteria
-
Ability to travel 20-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
-
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
-
Working familiarity with agentic or AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, or strong fluency explaining agentic/AI concepts to non-technical audiences
-
Experience producing field-enablement content such as demos, whitepapers, or executive briefings, and working across globally distributed engineering and product teams
