Our client seeks a Mid-to-Senior Level ServiceNow ITAM Developer to design, develop, implement, and enhance enterprise asset management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on IT Asset Management across HAM, SAM, EAM, CMDB, and related integrations. The ideal candidate brings strong ServiceNow development experience, asset lifecycle expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions in complex environments.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with an active Public Trust clearance. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $56.00 to $66.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITAM solutions following platform best practices.

• Implement and enhance HAM, SAM, and EAM capabilities.

• Configure and maintain asset lifecycle processes including procurement, receiving, deployment, maintenance, transfer, retirement, and disposal.

• Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and related technologies.

• Configure and maintain CMDB relationships, data models, reconciliation rules, and data quality processes.

• Build and support Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Support data migration and transformation from legacy asset management platforms.

• Develop technical documentation, design documents, process flows, and deployment procedures.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Build and support automated testing using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform enhancements.

Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITAM implementation and support experience.

• Experience with one or more: HAM, SAM, EAM, CMDB.

• Strong experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Catalog Development, and IntegrationHub.

• Experience developing REST and SOAP integrations.

• Strong understanding of IT Asset Lifecycle Management processes.

• Experience with CMDB data management, reconciliation, normalization, and governance.

• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
