What this looks like (starts after 90 days):

• 3rd Shift Starting Pay: $24.00/hour + 8% Shift Premium

As a Product Support 2 ID at Caterpillar, you will:

• Make small repairs and service machines. Typical expectations are to check ATRS for defects and repair per routings or per rework process provided

• Wash machines out after fluid leak or spill before sending to next stage

• Rotate within quick repair for each assembly line, quick repair for PDI and reprocessing for east and west lines

Basic Requirements :

• One year of manufacturing/assembly experience

• Mechanical experience

• Minimal experience reading blueprints

Desired Qualifications:

• Candidate must take safety very seriously and respect the power of the machine. He/she must be willing to be instructed and/or corrected to address potential safety concerns while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Licensed to operate Sanford CTL/SSL machines

• Good communication skills; both oral and written

• Initiative and maturity to work independently

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems

• Experience assembly or repairing SSL or CTL machines

Summary Pay Range:

$24.00 - $30.30
