We are looking for highly motivated candidates for entry level technical positions in North America through our Regional Graduate Program (RGP). This program utilizes an initial rotational training program for up to 18 months. The job rotations expose RGP members to all aspects of our service business. The end result is a position in the area that is the best fit for both Voith and the individual. Candidates should have a 4 year degree or be completing one soon. Engineering, Supply Chain, or Science degrees are typical, but not required. Exposure to the paper industry or other industrial settings would be beneficial but is not required. Communication and team skills are critical, as these positions require frequent customer interaction and working together with other Voith Paper units and personnel.
