Help with estimating projects such as reading and analyzing the plans for each project, get prices from vendors and subcontractors, help with the projects such as getting supplies ordered and on the job site in a timely manner, work with traffic safety software to create street and lane closures, create schedules for the projects. work closely with the owners on what is needed for each project, file permits with the State for each project as needed, attending meetings for the projects, pre-bid meetings, progress meetings, getting the submittals sent in and approved on materials, quantities take-offs, and other duties as assigned. Skills: Reading Plans, experience with Excel, good customer service, working as a team member, time management skills, knowledge of underground utilities a plus, but not required, basic computer skills
