Full job description

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Perform installation and assembly of industrial equipment and systems at customer facilities throughout the United States. Projects may include pallet racking and storage systems, modular offices and cleanrooms, conveyors and automation equipment, mezzanines, safety systems, and other industrial installations. Duties include reading and interpreting drawings, layouts, and installation instructions; measuring, leveling, assembling, anchoring, and modifying components; operating hand and power tools; loading, unloading, and staging materials; and operating lifts and material-handling equipment as required. Installers work as part of a traveling crew and are expected to maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite. This position requires extensive nationwide travel, with projects ranging from several days to several weeks. Overtime and extended workdays may be required based on project schedules. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Previous industrial or construction experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person. Successful candidates will be mechanically inclined, dependable, coachable, and willing to learn. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic who communicate well, take direction, solve problems, and contribute to a team environment. Because our crews travel and work closely together for extended periods, professionalism, reliability, and a team-first attitude are essential. Candidates must be comfortable using hand and power tools; working at heights generally ranging from 1030+ feet using ladders, scissor lifts, and other approved equipment; lifting and carrying 50+ lbs.; bending, climbing, kneeling, and performing other physical tasks; and remaining on their feet for extended periods. This is a physically demanding position. Project schedules may require long workdays, overtime, and extended periods away from home. Dependability and the ability to commit to scheduled travel are essential. Candidates with construction, mechanical, carpentry, millwright, warehouse installation, pallet racking, conveyor, modular construction, or similar experience are encouraged to apply, but experience is not required. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: [email protected]
