Required Hours: must be available to work variable shifts to cover all department shifts to include weekdays and weekend requirements based on department needs.
Responsibilities Planning, implementing and monitoring all activities related to Transport Services. Monitors and manages all day-to-day operations of the department, including human resource management, workload prioritization, cost management, and equipment optimization. Creates a highly efficient, accountable, and collaborative team environment with staff and with customers. Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies Qualifications
Education

H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Work Experience
-
3 years of patient transport experience Required or
-
5 years experience working in a healthcare setting Required

Supervisory experience Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
-
BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
-
Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Upon Hire Required
-
EPIC and Lean Process certification Preferred
