Job Description

We are an insulation contractor providing high-quality insulation services to homeowners, contractors, and property owners.

This entry-level position will assist in performing high-quality insulation services in attics and crawlspaces. Services include blown-in cellulose installation, fiberglass batt installation, and insulation removal.

This position will be paired with an experienced team member who can provide guidance and feedback while the employee learns our core services.

Duties & Responsibilities

Safety: Adhere to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational health and safety laws.

Operations: Assist in the removal and installation of insulation. Follow standard operating procedures for equipment setup and operation. Complete high-quality work while maintaining efficiency.

Customer Service: Communicate professionally with customers. Maintain a professional image and thoroughly clean the jobsite upon completion.

Other: Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent time management.

  • Teamwork-minded.

  • Excellent attention to detail and verbal communication skills.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma/GED required.

  • Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related field preferred, but training will be provided.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.

  • Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights.

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
