CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Senior Marketing Technology Developer to join our talented Information Technology team. This role is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of CLA's Sales and Marketing platforms, including CRM. This role bridges business needs and technical execution translating complex technical solutions utilizing Microsoft stack, Power platform, integrations efforts which drive development standards, enhancements, scalability, and system performance across the platform. How you'll create opportunities in this Senior Marketing Technology Developer role: Design, develop, and implement complex MarTech and Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom plugins (.NET/C#), custom actions, Power Automate flows, workflows, JavaScript web resources using dynamics 365 SDK and power platform tools. Maintain strict code quality standards, perform comprehensive code reviews, write unit tests and implement performance optimization strategies to prevent system latency. Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 modules, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, security, business process flows, processes and business rules Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and clearly articulate tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations Develop and manage integrations with internal and external systems, APIs, and data sources to ensure reliability and performance Own and maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date technical documentation Establish and uphold development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices Perform code reviews to ensure solution...
