Entry Level Sales Representative

$20/Hour + Uncapped Bonuses Get started next week! No Experience Needed | Paid Training | Career Growth Opportunities As a part of our Field Marketing team, you’ll meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, start conversations, and help schedule free in-home consultations. This is an entry-level sales role where you’re not expected to close deals. Your job is to create interest and make a great first impression.

What the Interview Process Looks Like We keep our hiring process simple:

Job Requirements No previous sales or canvassing experience required. We’re looking for people who are ready to learn, work hard, and connect with others. You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Are comfortable talking with new people and starting conversations

• Have strong communication and customer service skills

• Are positive, energetic, and goal-oriented

• Are reliable, coachable, and comfortable receiving feedback

• Enjoy working in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment

• Are comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout neighborhoods

• Can stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods during the workday
