Description The Experience You'll join the Global Marketing Analytics team's Campaign Operations group, the center of excellence that sets global standards for how campaigns, dashboards, metrics, and data science analyses are built and used across Salesforce's marketing organization. As Marketing Operations Lead, you'll sit at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution, translating business needs into clean, source-of-truth reporting that shapes decisions at the highest levels. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Lead full, large-scale cross-functional initiatives independently, managing ambiguity and contributing directly to the team's analytics roadmap and priorities

  • Apply expert marketing analytics knowledge of the sales/marketing funnel and campaign hierarchies to identify new opportunities based on data-driven insights

  • Drive major improvements to data quality, efficiency, and scalability by partnering closely with product and engineering teams

  • Synthesize complex analytical findings into clear campaign requirements, including when navigating conflicting input from VP+ stakeholders

  • Propose and execute new projects based on identified business gaps, cover team gaps, and implement process improvements

  • Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs and facilitate cross-functional discussions that influence data-driven strategy

  • Integrate AI and agent tools into standard project workflows to drive measurable efficiency gains, and document and share best practices with the broader team

  • Act as a subject matter expert, coaching and mentoring junior team members on analytical tools, campaign best practices, and communication standards

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 5-7 years of experience in an analytical role

  • You've mastered technical writing in PRD format, including defining "if-this-then-that" logic and edge cases with precision

  • You're highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and proficient in Tableau Desktop or a similar data visualization tool for parsing large datasets

  • You have strong data exploration and analysis skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights and guide decision-making

  • You're familiar with marketing practices, KPIs, and marketing analytics

  • You have experience using data storytelling tools like Google Slides or PowerPoint, with excellent written and oral communication skills

  • You're detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills in unstructured environments

  • You take initiative in developing solutions to unstructured problems and communicating results to key stakeholders

  • You have experience working across cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Even Better If...

  • You have Salesforce experience or product knowledge

  • You have marketing analytics or marketing operations experience

  • You have enterprise (B2B) marketing experience
