About the Job

The Sr. HR Partner Representative serves as an HR Generalist-focused member of the Central Team, supporting enterprise-wide HR initiatives and helping deliver a more consistent employee and leader experience through United’s evolving HR Service Delivery Model. Rather than owning a dedicated business unit, this role provides broad operational HR support across workgroups, including functionally aligned initiatives where needed, and partners closely with named HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Employee Relations and Centers of Excellence. The role helps intake, triage, coordinate and resolve repeatable HR requests through ServiceNow, Workday and other key systems, while escalating matters that require business judgment, strategic consultation, employee relations expertise or leader sensitivity. This position also identifies trends, improves SOPs and knowledge resources, and helps shift routine work to the appropriate tier so HR Business Partners can remain focused on strategic business partnership.

Core Accountabilities

  • Serve as a Central Team HR Generalist responsible for intake, triage, routing and resolution of repeatable HR requests received through ServiceNow, Workday and other designated HR systems; coordinate with the appropriate HRBP, COE, HR Operations or ER partner when escalation is required.

  • Support enterprise-wide HR initiatives and functionally aligned work, including operational execution, case coordination, manager support and follow-through for standard HR processes that do not require dedicated business-unit ownership.

  • Apply established SOPs, decision frameworks and service delivery routing rules to resolve routine and repeatable HR matters at the lowest appropriate tier, while preserving a high-quality employee and leader experience

  • Partner with named HR Business Partners to support leaders and employees on day-to-day HR matters, including manager guidance, HR system navigation, policy/process questions, local execution support and case follow-up.

  • Help execute recurring HR programs and annual processes such as performance, talent, compensation, employee listening and other Workday-enabled activities by coordinating operational steps, tracking completion and escalating risks or exceptions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in ServiceNow, Workday and related tools; analyze case and interaction trends to identify service gaps, process improvement opportunities, knowledge article needs and recurring work that can be standardized or shifted to the appropriate HR tier.

  • Provide flexible support for strategic initiatives, change management activities, launch readiness, hypercare and continuous improvement efforts related to HR service delivery, Workday adoption and enterprise HR operating model changes.

The base pay range for this role is $81,795.00 to $106,602.00.

The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.

You may be eligible for the following competitive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, accident & disability, parental leave, employee assistance program, commuter, paid holidays, paid time off, 401(k) and flight privileges.
