Recruiter

Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support onsite hiring efforts in Texas. This position is a Long-term Contract opportunity focused on partnering with corporate stakeholders to attract exempt and management-level talent. The person in this role will manage multiple openings at once and oversee the recruitment process from initial intake through offer coordination and transition to HR for onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders to define talent needs and build effective recruiting strategies for corporate and operations-focused positions.

• Manage a workload of approximately 6 to 8 active requisitions while maintaining progress across each stage of the hiring cycle.

• Identify and engage candidates with relevant experience through sourcing, outreach, and ongoing pipeline development for exempt and leadership-oriented roles.

• Guide applicants through the recruitment process, including screening, communication, scheduling, and status updates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Oversee the offer stage by coordinating details with hiring teams and preparing candidates for a smooth transition to the next step.

• Transfer completed placements to HR for onboarding after final selections are made and required pre-employment steps are complete.

• Support an onsite corporate recruiting function in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and strong partnership with the business.

• Participate in candidate evaluation activities, including assessment-related coordination, to help support final hiring decisions. Requirements • Proven experience in corporate recruiting, preferably supporting exempt and management-level hiring.

• Strong background in full-cycle recruitment, from requisition intake and sourcing through offer delivery and handoff to HR.

• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-moving business environment.

• Experience sourcing candidates proactively and building talent pipelines for detail-focused roles.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting workflows.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with internal business partners.
