Come explore Novanta.As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you will optimize manufacturing processes to ensure product quality. You may also perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce wasteConducting equipment maintenance and troubleshooting and providing technical support to production teamsPerforming root cause analysis on manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actionsConducting tests and experiments to validate and verify manufacturing processesTraining production staff on new processes and equipment, developing an maintaining manufacturing documentation Quality Experience - Have experience with manufacturing processes and equipmentSkill - Be able to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsCompetency - Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.Knowledge - Be familiar with quality control processes and methodologies.Skill - Be proficient in technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
