This is a PERFORMANCE BASED ROLE!

Job Description:

We are seeking the perfect fit for our location that will grow with us. Our ideal candidate is someone that is education and results driven, goal oriented with weekend availability and a desire for advanced esthetics! We carry two different facial lines, offer: LED, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microcurrent, body contouring, chemical peels, DiamondGlow, Luminfusion, nanopen, gua sha and ice globes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services

  • Create progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals

  • Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars

  • Achieve sales goals

  • Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude

  • Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships

  • Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

  • Flexibility with training hours

Job Requirements:

  • Strong retail and in-room upgrade record

  • Liability insurance

  • Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians

  • Weekend availability

  • Meet sales goals
