Our Florence, KY location has an opening for a 3rd shift Manufacturing Trainee (Plate Maker), an entry level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing.

Hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am

The starting pay for this position is $21/hour + $1/hour shift differential with two, 50-cent increases over the first year if the employee passes competency assessments.

Physical Requirements

Lifting up to 30 lbs.

Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes

Standing/walking up to 8 hours

Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work

Infrequent pushing/pulling of carts

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $21 - $22 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
