  • Represent the Agent Foundry and Runtime pods in executive and cross-functional governance forums, influencing cloud adoption and strategy.
  • Drive platform-wide reliability, scalability, and cost optimization initiatives for agentic AI workloads across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
  • Build, lead, and develop engineering leadership talent across the pods.
  • Partner with Architecture, Data/Knowledge, and Product teams for end-to-end platform strategy and delivery, ensuring alignment of cloud and agentic stack adoption.
  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement, promoting technical excellence and emerging best practices for cloud-native agentic platforms.
  • Oversee compliance, risk, and performance reviews for agentic AI at the organizational level, including across public cloud environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
  • 12–17 years of relevant experience, including leadership of large-scale, multi-agent or AI-driven platforms.
  • Proficient in Python and familiar with at least one additional modern programming language (such as Java, Go, or C++).
  • Proven strategic ownership of platform architecture and technology roadmaps, with deep knowledge of agentic AI systems.
  • Extensive hands-on and leadership experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), including security, governance, and cost optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in setting organizational standards for reliability, scalability, and incident management in AI systems.
  • Experience partnering with executive and cross-functional teams on platform strategy and delivery.
  • Track record of building and developing engineering leadership talent and fostering innovation.
  • Expertise in compliance, risk management, and performance oversight for enterprise AI solutions.
