Full job description

Our client, a health technology organization building a continuous biosensor and real-time analytics platform, is seeking a Market Analyst II to join their team. As a Market Analyst II, you will be part of the Affiliate Marketing function supporting growth initiatives across affiliate and influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, the ability to translate data into actionable strategy, and the drive to operate in a fast-paced environment—aligning successfully in the organization.

Location: 2901 Harbor Bay Parkway, Alameda, CA

Pay Range: 55-56

What's the Job?

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the affiliate marketing program, partnering closely with internal teams to deepen market penetration of OTC CMG - Lingo.

  • Manage the affiliate budget, including forecasting and opportunity sizing, to support acquisition and revenue goals.

  • Collaborate with the BI team to understand incrementality of affiliate channels and adapt strategy to maximize ROI.

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies focused on Cost-Per-Action (CPA) and revenue share campaigns to drive new user acquisition and revenue.

  • Negotiate, manage, and optimize affiliate partner contracts and agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

What's Needed?

  • 4+ years of experience leading partnership/affiliate marketing programs.

  • Prior experience with Impact.com/Rakuten/Commission Junction platform required.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Proficiency using Impact and CJ for affiliate network management and knowledge of managed networks.

  • Proven experience onboarding and managing partnerships, with strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
