Associate Full Stack Application Developer - Industrial Automation

The Associate Full Stack Application Developer will be responsible for learning andassisting the broader process of developing and deploying enhancements and/or new applications used inlocal, networked, cloud-based or internet-related computer programs.They will work under the supervision of asenior, experiencedin programming languages, tools, and delivery models and collaborate with variousstakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions. This role requires anunderstanding of programming languages, tools, and delivery models, as well as the ability to effectivelycommunicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. The incumbent will collaborate with multiplestakeholders, including project teams, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the development process isrunning smoothly. Ultimately, the incumbent will assist in ensuring the organization's software applications areeffective, efficient, and provide a seamless experience for the end-users. WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO: - Gather and document system requirements, to create a clear and comprehensive understanding of the project - Research and analyze coding best practices and help with routine development tasks - Gather necessary information aboutthe installation and maintenance of software, as well as organize thatinformation into an accessible format - Collect feedback from various stakeholders such as users, developers, and project managers, assisting inmaintaining transparency and communication - Monitor industry news and trends, contributing to the research of emerging technologies and programminglanguages This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.
