Service Desk Analyst

Overview

Our tech client in Brookhaven is looking to add a Service Desk Analyst with 2-4 years of experience for a 3-6 months contract-to-hire role. 4 days onsite/week with conversion salary up to $55k.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Windows Desktop Operating Systems, including troubleshooting issues and assisting users.

• Join Windows workstations to the domain and resolve connectivity problems.

• Support the O365 Suite of applications

• Configure and troubleshoot printers, ensuring reliable functionality for end-users.

• Respond to service desk tickets promptly and maintain detailed documentation of solutions.

• Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes and procedures.

• Deliver high-quality customer service to clients and internal users.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of proven experience in IT support or help desk roles.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems and domain integration.

• Hands-on experience with printer setup and troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator(MD-100,MD101), Microsoft 365 Fundamentals(MS-900)) are a plus.
