Full job description

About Pearl Pearl is shaping the future of dentistry with a suite of FDA-cleared AI solutions that elevate the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of dental care worldwide. Since 2019, our team has built industry-leading computer vision capabilities that are transforming clinical workflows for dental practices, DSOs, labs, insurers, and public health organizations.

The Role We are looking for a strategic, performance-driven Sales Manager to support the growth and execution of our go-to-market efforts. You will coach and mentor sellers, sharpen our sales process, and work hand in hand with Marketing to turn inbound interest and demand generation into closed revenue. This is a high-visibility role with direct access to company leadership and real influence over how we sell, how we hire, and how we grow. You’ll play a critical role in refining sales processes, supporting team success, and accelerating adoption of Pearl’s AI platform across the dental market. You may serve as a team lead, mentor other sellers, drive onboarding and training efforts, or manage pipeline operations—depending on evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach sales reps through call reviews, pipeline strategy, and objection handling

  • Partner with Marketing leadership to drive inbound and demand generation, including lead follow-up, speed to lead, and conversion of web traffic into pipeline

  • Work with Marketing to align on paid media, events, and SEO-driven lead flow, and provide closed-loop feedback on lead quality and campaign performance

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to optimize onboarding, collateral, and training

  • Work with leadership to drive sales strategy and process improvements

  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Service to ensure aligned messaging and seamless handoffs

  • Identify opportunities to increase conversion, shorten deal cycles, and improve pipeline health

  • Own forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene

  • Lead by example in prospecting, client engagement, and consultative selling

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, software, or healthcare/dental sales

  • Proven experience mentoring, coaching, and leading sellers

  • 2-3 years of experience working closely with marketing teams on inbound and demand generation

  • Working knowledge of paid media, events, SEO, and web traffic conversion. You don’t need to be an expert, but you understand the key concepts and can speak the language of marketing

  • Strong command of pipeline development, full-cycle selling, and buyer engagement

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

  • Ability to influence without formal authority and work cross-functionally

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and a habit of using data to make decisions

  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and energized by a fast-moving, team-oriented environment

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure (OTE based on experience)

  • Full-time, in-office role based in Lehi, UT

  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits

  • Flexible PTO and paid holidays

  • Ongoing training, career development, and leadership opportunities

  • The chance to grow within a mission-driven, AI-first company shaping the future of dentistry

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Lehi, UT. Remote work is not available for this role.
