GENERAL SUMMARY The purpose of this job is to supervise the safety and security of juvenile court wards and provide both positive reinforcement and discipline. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Monitor and ensure the safety and security of all residents and facility staff. - Possess clear knowledge of and adhere to all facility policies and procedures. - Ensure individual and group interaction with residents. - Conduct individual and group interactions with co-workers and administration. - Paperwork/information management. - Perform related work as required.
