I'm working on a unique opportunity with a boutique wealth management firm overseeing more than $2 billion in assets for a large number of wealthy families, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, technology founders, executives, and investors.

This is a chance to work directly with senior leadership and affluent clients, take ownership of complex tax matters, and help shape the future of the firm's tax advisory capabilities.

💡 What You'll Do

• Lead tax preparation, review, and filing for HNW and UHNW individuals and families

• Deliver proactive tax planning and strategic advice across complex wealth structures

• Advise on QSBS, trusts, estate and gift planning, partnerships, and investment-related taxation

• Review and sign individual, trust, partnership, and related tax returns

• Build long-term relationships with founders, executives, investors, and their families

• Collaborate with attorneys, wealth advisors, and investment professionals on integrated planning

• Help design scalable tax processes and service offerings using technology, automation, and AI

• Play a key role in growing the practice, with the opportunity to develop into a broader leadership position

Requirements

Who They're Looking For

• Active CPA license in good standing

• Approximately 6–12 years of tax experience in public accounting, private client services, family office, or wealth advisory

• Strong technical expertise in individual, trust, fiduciary, partnership, and investment taxation

• Experience advising HNW/UHNW clients and managing relationships independently

• Knowledge of QSBS, estate and gift planning, and complex wealth structures

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver a high-touch client experience

• An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in building a practice rather than simply maintaining one

• Interest in using AI and technology to improve tax advisory services
