Full job description

Head Coach — Boys Varsity Lacrosse

Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central School District has an opening for a Head Coach for our Boys Varsity Lacrosse team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the Boys Varsity Lacrosse program.

  • Plan and conduct practices and games.

  • Provide leadership, instruction, and mentorship to student-athletes.

  • Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive team environment.

  • Work collaboratively with assistant coaches, student-athletes, families, and the Athletic Department.

  • Ensure compliance with NYS and District requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Previous lacrosse coaching experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of lacrosse skills, rules, and strategies.

  • Must meet all New York State coaching requirements.

Compensation: Per the District's extracurricular coaching salary schedule.
