About the Role As a Consultant Lead, you will serve as a seasoned individual contributor and subject matter expert (SME) supporting complex debit and payment processing initiatives. You will contribute to large-scale projects, drive continuous improvement efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that address client challenges and business objectives. This role requires a self-starter with expert-level judgment, as well as stakeholder management, risk assessment, and problem-solving capabilities to guide critical initiatives from strategy through execution.
