The team operates on the private side, working alongside client coverage teams in Investment Banking, and product teams such as Strategic Equity, Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance. Example products / transactions executed by ECM include Initial Public Offerings, Follow-on offerings, Block Sales, At-the-market programs and private placements.
