About This Position Unlike traditional contact centers that cap your earning potential and treat you like a replaceable cog, this role puts you in control of your income trajectory. You'll be the first voice prospective customers hear when they're ready to transform their homes ? and your mission is to connect them with our Design Consultants through qualified appointment setting. This means handling inbound calls from homeowners who've already expressed interest, plus strategic outbound follow-up calls to confirm and schedule. You'll start with hourly pay during comprehensive paid training, then move into uncapped bonus territory where your effort directly determines your paycheck.
