The Opportunity The successful candidate will work on a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including: * Contract and business disputes * Shareholder and partnership disputes * Business torts * Fiduciary duty claims * Closely held business litigation * Commercial and financial services litigation Attorneys in this group are given meaningful client contact, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to play a visible role in strategy, case management, and business development. Qualifications * 5-10 years of substantive commercial litigation experience * Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills * Experience managing cases and client relationships * Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with partners and clients * Ohio bar admission required * Portable book of business is a plus, but not required Why Consider This Opportunity?
