Oversee all quality control - Create QC standards and procedures - Inspect product on a regular basis - Conduct Product testing on a regular basis Oversee all fragrance sampling and testing - Request fragrance samples from our suppliers - Organize all fragrance samples - Track all in-use fragrances - Test new fragrances - Create fragrance standards - Curate fragrance supplier relationships Address customer quality complaints - Directly communicate with customers to resolve QC complaints?
