Ukrainian Academy Inc. is seeking a full-time Childcare Communication Specialist at our Parma Heights, OH location. Play a key role in fostering effective communication between the childcare facility and families. This role involves regularly updating parents on their children's progress, daily activities, and any issues or concerns through various communication channels. Coordinate and maintain schedules, manage digital platforms for parent communication, and ensure emergency contact protocols are up-to-date. Additionally, organize parent-teacher meetings, prepare informational materials, assist in event planning, and act as a liaison between parents and staff. To enhance engagement, address inquiries, and facilitate a smooth flow of information, creating a supportive and well-informed childcare environment. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. 24 months of experience as a Childcare Communication Specialist.
