Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Troubleshoot equipment for electrical and mechanical systems. Install, update and repair equipment. Work closely with production to minimize downtime while maintaining high quality. Repair or replace valves and pumps (seals, steams, O rings, seats, bearings, etc.) as needed. Perform basic electrical wiring (switches, outlets, starter, motor leads, etc.) as needed. Perform basic pipe fitting as directed. Handle all equipment and chemicals safely.Other Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain a good working knowledge of all process areas in the plant. Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices. Safety Protocol Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures. Correct or report any observed safety hazards. Support safety policies and programs. The individual who will own this role:Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience Required: Minimum one (1) year of related maintenance experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude required. Skills Required: Communicate well both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues. Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
