Location: 1303 Health Drive, New Bern, 28560

Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care, medications, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans.

  • Monitor resident condition and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.

  • Accurately document resident care and interventions.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams.

  • Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes health, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Active, current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.

  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute care is a plus but not required.

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
