Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: 1303 Health Drive, New Bern, 28560

Schedule: Full Time, Nights 7p-7am

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care, medications, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans.

  • Monitor resident condition and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.

  • Accurately document assessments, care provided, and resident outcomes.

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams.

  • Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes health, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Active, current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, hospital, or post-acute care is a plus but not required.

  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
