Civil Engineer (Entry-Level Engineers Welcome!)

Norwalk, CT | Full-Time | Permanent

We're looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our expanding team in Stamford, CT. Whether you're a new graduate, an EIT, or an engineer with a few years of experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work on impactful land development projects, and grow alongside experienced industry professionals.

In this role, you'll contribute to site design and civil engineering projects from concept through completion, while receiving mentorship, technical training, and opportunities for long-term career advancement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in the planning and design of site development and land development projects.

  • Prepare engineering calculations for grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management systems.

  • Develop and modify plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and design staff to deliver high-quality projects.

  • Conduct research, prepare technical reports, and support permitting efforts.

  • Participate in project budgeting, scheduling, and coordination activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and engineering best practices.

  • Take on increasing responsibility as your skills and experience grow.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Experience or coursework using AutoCAD.

  • Strong interest in Land Development and Site Design.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Civil 3D experience.

  • Knowledge of grading, drainage, and site development principles.

  • EIT certification or plans to pursue licensure.
