Full job description

About Kastle Kastle is building the AI employee for financial services. We work with some of America's largest banks, helping them scale their contact center and compliance operations using autonomous AI Agents that process payments, originate loans, and help customers get a world class experience during the biggest financial decisions of their lives. We've processed over $2 billion in transactions and are backed by Insight Partners and Y Combinator. If you are interested in selling the best product in the market and help large enterprise lenders and banks transform their operations, apply below.

We just raised a $24M Series A and are growing fast!

About the Role We’re looking for a Enterprise Account Manager to own Kastle's relationships with the largest lenders and servicers in the mortgage industry. You’ll be the person their executives call. You’ll make sure Kastle stays top of mind across every account and turn that trust into renewals and expansion. This role requires a strategic mindset, a consultative approach, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles. You'll be instrumental in expanding Kastle's impact and reshaping the industry by introducing AI agents across the operations of the largest banks and lenders in the country. Location preference: San Francisco, CA. What You’ll Do

  • Own a book of Kastle’s largest accounts after go-live, with full responsibility for renewal and expansion

  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple senior stakeholders in every account, including the economic buyer

  • Run quarterly business reviews that show execs the impact Kastle is driving and where we go next

  • Be onsite with customers regularly. Know their business, their org chart, and their priorities this quarter.

  • Identify and close expansion opportunities across new agents, lines of business, and channels

  • Demo and pitch new Kastle agents and product releases to the right people at the right time

  • Spot issues before customers feel them. Know when something is stuck and get it unstuck with our deployment and engineering teams.

  • Plan every renewal early, with no surprises

  • Bring customer insight back to the founders to shape product direction

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years in account management, customer success, or enterprise sales at a company selling into the operations of banks, lenders, or servicers

  • Proven track record of carrying and hitting an expansion or NRR quota

  • Deep understanding of how banks and lenders operate lending, including default, loss mitigation, escrow, and the contact center

  • History of building trusted relationships with EVP- and C-level executives

  • Strong solution selling skills. You grow accounts by understanding the customer’s business, not by pushing product.

  • Comfortable demoing technical products live and explaining AI to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools in your own work

  • Mentally agile. You think on your feet in a room of senior execs.

  • Service mindset. You’re reliable, you follow up, and everything you do is in service of the customer.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as an operator in the mortgage industry

  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup

  • Experience managing accounts at the largest US banks or servicers

Why Join Kastle

  • Opportunity to shape the future of consumer lending at one of the fastest-growing AI companies in financial services, and working with the some of the best people on the planet.

  • Own relationships with a market-leading AI platform that’s already live in production with 10 of the top 25 servicers in the country

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential

  • Equity options to share in the company’s success

  • Great team: work side by side with a world-class team product and GTM teams that will reshape the trajectory of your career

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
