Full job description

Job Description: We are seeking L2 Technicians to support data center hardware installation, equipment testing, troubleshooting, and technical project activities. Responsibilities: * Assist with server hardware installation and rack integration. * Perform basic hardware diagnostics and approved component replacements. * Check cable connections and equipment functionality. * Follow installation procedures and document completed tasks. * Escalate technical issues when additional support is required. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous IT support, computer hardware, electronics, or technical installation experience. * Familiarity with server equipment, cabling, and hardware troubleshooting. * Relevant technical training or certifications are a plus.
