Junior Advisor

Description

An established and growing independent wealth management firm is seeking a Junior Financial Advisor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused advisor looking to work directly with an experienced lead advisor, build relationships, and take ownership of an existing client base over time.

Responsibilities include:

• Participate in client meetings and financial planning discussions

• Assist with retirement, investment, and wealth planning strategies

• Service an assigned book of clients and provide ongoing relationship management

• Prepare financial plans, investment reviews, and client recommendations

• Support business development and client retention efforts

• Ensure compliance with all industry and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Qualifications:

• CFP® designation required (or actively completing final requirements)

• Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 7, 63 & 65

• Financial planning and client-facing experience

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Desire to grow within a highly collaborative advisory practice
