Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid or Senior Level Integrated Support Planning & Management Specialist to join the Vertical Lift Sustainment Team in Mesa, AZ. The successful candidate will manage, monitor, and integrate product support activities to ensure sustainment requirements are met for the Apache India Army Program . Integrating within product support could include but is not limited to, provisioning, technical publications, supply support, ground support equipment, service engineering, facilities, and training. The role will entail interfacing with a complex network of internal and external stakeholders to include engineering, customers, suppliers, program managers, contracts representatives, or business development to drive successful execution of program/project work scope. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Mesa, AZ facility.
Position Responsibilities:

Executes elements of product support activities to include sustaining engineering; supply support; maintenance planning and management; packaging, handling, storage, and transportation; technical data; support equipment; training and training support; manpower and personnel; facilities and infrastructure; and computer resources.

Coordinates action across Boeing product support functions to ensure customer-focused outcomes and effective program execution

Provides data development for integrated support subsystems
-
Leads the development of support program plans and schedules
-
Research, documents, and provide technical solutions that support the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure

Develops product support solutions to challenging problems and unusual complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation

Develop and maintain strong relationships with the India Army customer the understand their needs and drive program success
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
-
3+ years’ experience in at least one of the following Integrated Product Support elements: Product Support Management, Supply Support, Maintenance Planning and Management, Technical Data, Support Equipment, Sustaining Engineering, or Design for Maintainability/Supportability.

3+ years’ experience in a role that required interpersonal skills in a teaming environment where collaboration and communication are critical to the functioning of the team

This role may require International Business Travel
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
-
5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
-
5+ years’ experience in a role that required interpersonal skills in a teaming environment where collaboration and communication are critical to the functioning of the team
-
5+ years’ experience demonstrating communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions to remove barriers to operational success
-
Experience working with Boeing customers and understanding their operational requirements
-
Experience with Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts
-
Experience with AH-64E Apache platform
-
Knowledge of aerospace systems

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range (Experienced): 94,350 – 127,650
Summary pay range (Lead): 118,150 – 159,850
