Jr. Recruiter/Sourcer (Contract | Hybrid)

Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience who is eager to grow their career in recruiting.

The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, building candidate pipelines, learning recruiting best practices, and working in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on recruiting experience with the potential for future growth into broader HR responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Source and identify candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews

• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system

• Assist with job postings and candidate outreach efforts

• Support onboarding and pre-employment processes for new hires

• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to help fill open positions quickly and effectively

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or talent acquisition experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

• Eagerness to learn and grow within recruiting and HR

• Experience working in a staffing agency, corporate recruiting, customer service, or HR environment is a plus
