About the Role Were looking for a Site Maintenance Technicians who can complete landscape maintenance work safely, independently, and to a consistent standard. Youll work alongside a Site Maintenance Crew Leader, help keep routes moving, care for equipment, and support newer teammates through example and coaching. This is a hands-on outdoor role for someone who takes pride in clean, dependable work and communicates early when something is unclear, unsafe, or off track. What Youll Do - Perform mowing, trimming, blowing, cleanup, bed care, and other routine site maintenance work. - Complete assigned route work safely, efficiently, and to Brilliant Borders quality standards. - Help prepare, load, unload, organize, and care for trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment. - Handle basic equipment troubleshooting only when it is safe and within your training; report larger issues promptly - Set a positive example for Apprentices through reliable work, teamwork, and follow-through. - Follow safety practices and PPE requirements, and speak up when something is unsafe. - Use company systems for time tracking and daily accountability (LMN -Timesheets and Route Schedules) What Were Looking For - Site maintenance or route-based landscape experience;one to three years is preferred, based on the current role description. - Working knowledge of mowing, trimming, blowing, cleanup, and related maintenance tasks. - Ability to safely operate commercial mowing and maintenance equipment. - Ability to work steadily and maintain quality without constant direction. - A valid drivers license and acceptable driving record. - Willingness to develop safe truck-and-trailer driving, backing, and operation skills as needed for the role. - Care with tools and equipment, clear communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn and accept coaching.
