Performs needs assessments to identify knowledge, skill and behavioral gaps. Provides consultation on Learning & Development research, learning theory, technologies, instructional design, adult learning and best practices. Engages with HR, business leaders and other internal stakeholders to understand, support and advise on specific Learning & Development needs.
