Description

As a member of the ASO Product team, you will develop product strategies, identify opportunities, and design solutions that set the standard for Apple’s initiatives and represent the future of digital retail. This role will require significant partnership with teams across Apple, including Apple Store Online teams, Marketing, Operations, Marcom, Finance, and various Engineering teams. Success in this role will include delivering timely and seamless omni-channel experiences for our customers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience in e-commerce, including direct leadership of complex projects or programs end-to-end

  • Experience building multi-year technical roadmaps that align feature, capability, and platform investments to business priorities

  • Deep technical proficiency, with the ability to contribute to solution design and architecture decisions that produce extensible, operationally scalable experiences or platforms

  • Proven ability to take high-level concepts through the full product lifecycle — from ideation to detailed planning to delivery — with systematic rigor at each stage

  • Experience partnering across business, engineering, and design, with a track record of synthesizing complex information into clear narratives that drive alignment and progress

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or equivalent relevant professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving strategic programs from planning through execution and launch, managing cross-functional dependencies, timelines, and risks

  • Experience defining and delivering customer experiences in one or more of the following four domains (Agentic, Affordability, Delivery/Fulfillment, Personalized Shopping):

  • Agentic-Track record of shipping LLM-powered products in digital commerce at scale, including experience partnering with ML Engineering teams and managing the operational changes AI adoption requires while maintaining privacy-first practices.

  • Affordability-Experience defining and delivering customer experiences related to Affordability programs, subscriptions, or payments such as loyalty/upgrade and/or financing programs.

  • Delivery and Fulfillment-Experience defining and delivering customer experiences related to Delivery and Fulfillment programs across all physical and digital channels.

  • Personalized Shopping Experience: Experience designing and delivering personalized experiences, including incorporating the latest generative AI capabilities, with familiarity with Apple OS frameworks, AI toolkits, and Human Interface Guidelines.

  • Ability to lead significant digital transformations, including adopting new technology platforms and defining operational processes

  • Proven ability to translate complex information into concise, and compelling narratives appropriate for different stakeholders, fostering alignment across all organizational levels

  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator who aligns perspectives, drives accountability, and influences across matrixed teams without direct authority
