Full job description
Duties: 1. Assist in Managing flight activities including: Flight data, quality, schedule and safety requirements as set forth in the operational plan. 2. Evaluate and Interpret flight data 3. Maintain flight records 4. Coordinate flight activities with pilots 5. Assist with developing and administer Training 6. Aircraft flight acceptance 7. Assist Other Department outside P21 Qualifications for Position: Education 1. BS in Engineering highly desirable Experience 1. Two years' of flight line experience with previous military or civil experience Competencies & Attributes 1. Strong understanding of aviation technology 2. Potential to teach, and develop technical abilities in employees as well as lead people effectively by guiding and coaching others to improve skills and achieve goals. 3. Strong written and oral communication skills. 4. Strong interpersonal skills. 5. Intercultural awareness, ability to create and maintain relations
