Product Engineer

Job Description

Overview: YARDOS is looking for a Senior Full Stack / Product Engineer to join a greenfield SaaS product focused on operational and compliance-heavy environments. This is a highly collaborative role where the engineer will help shape the product, not just build it.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner directly with users and stakeholders to identify problems and define solutions. Own features end-to-end, from requirements through deployment and measurement. Build across the full stack using TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Drive product decisions and influence roadmap priorities. Leverage AI tools and capabilities to improve development efficiency and user workflows. Analyze usage data and continuously improve features based on feedback. Help establish engineering best practices and product culture as part of the founding team.

Pay Range: $150-$165,000 annually

Skills and Requirements

6+ years of software engineering experience strong full-stack skills with typescript database skills with PostgreSQL (schema design, queries and basic optimization) experience building and shipping REST APIs experience with docker, CI/CD and cloud deployment (AWS) offline-first patterns, events-driven architectures PowerSync, ElectricSQL, or similar offline sync technologies LangChain, LangGraph, or AI agent frameworks CQRS, event sourcing, or domain-driven design Keycloak, enterprise auth systems, or multi-tenancy patterns
