Target start: ASAP Introductory period: 90 days, subject to local requirements

The Opportunity Immersive Gamebox creates interactive, social gaming experiences using motion tracking, touch sensitive walls, and projection mapping. As General Manager, you own one venue's sales, people, guest experience, operations, and financial performance; you lead a small team while staying active on the floor and partnering with Central Office teams. What to expect: Our venues typically operate with three to six associates. This is a hands on, floor based GM role, and solo shifts are common. You may personally open, host, sell, clean, troubleshoot, restock, recover guests, and close. Expect regular physical activity, computer work, and guest communication. What You'll Own

  • Revenue and events: Prospect and follow up on leads; sell group and corporate bookings; manage events and drive onsite sales, add ons, game passes, and reviews.

  • Guest experience: Deliver a safe, welcoming, five star visit; resolve escalated concerns quickly and uphold brand standards.

  • People: Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, recognize, and hold team members accountable while keeping labor aligned with demand.

  • Financial performance: Read the venue P&L, manage labor and controllable costs, track KPIs, and act when performance moves off plan.

  • Venue operations: Own opening and closing standards, supplies, cleaning, safety, audits, basic technical troubleshooting, maintenance, and local vendor follow up.

What Success Looks Like

  • Growth: Revenue meets plan, local sales activity is consistent, and events and repeat business grow.

  • Profitability: Labor, margin, and operating expenses remain controlled.

  • Guests and games: Reviews, service scores, and game uptime stay strong.

  • Team: Associates are retained, developed, trained, and clear on expectations.

What You Bring

  • Experience: Two or more years as a General Manager or site leader in retail, hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or a similar business.

  • Business ownership: Experience with P&L review, scheduling, payroll, labor management, and POS or booking systems.

  • Leadership: A hands on, guest first approach; you develop people, communicate clearly, and address performance directly.

  • Judgment: You stay calm, organized, and solutions focused in a fast moving environment.

  • Preferred: Experience in food and beverage, group sales, local marketing, outbound sales, or technology enabled venues.

Benefits

  • Medical and dental insurance

  • 401(k)
