Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or related roles. Experience in test coordination, test lead, quality assurance, technology delivery, or project execution roles. Strong understanding of test planning, test case management, test execution, defect tracking, retesting, and completion reporting. Experience working with Jira or similar agile/project tracking tools. Ability to manage multiple testing cycles, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders at the same time. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and incomplete coverage. Strong communication skills, including the ability to summarize testing status, issues, and risks clearly. Ability to work independently, organize complex information, and drive follow-up without constant direction. Comfort working with technical teams,
