Revenue Operations Manager This role is based in NYC with a hybrid/remote in-office experience. Our team works in the office 3 days every week and 2 months out of the year our team works from anywhere (August, plus 4 weeks of your choosing).

Company Overview Jones is a vertical AI company that helps real estate and construction firms make smarter decisions about insurance so they can boost efficiency and mitigate risk. Across more than 2.5 billion square feet of real estate and construction projects, Jones enables clients to leverage AI, software, and data to accelerate and strengthen insurance verification, collection, integration, and decision-making across commercial and residential asset classes. Jones has experienced rapid growth driven by the urgent need to modernize outdated risk and compliance workflows in real estate and construction. As we scale, we're building the systems, data, and processes that turn our go-to-market teams into a predictable, efficient revenue engine.
Position Overview We're looking for an analytical, systems-minded Revenue Operations Manager to build and run the operational backbone of our go-to-market organization. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to drive alignment across the full customer lifecycle, from first touch through renewal and expansion. You'll own our CRM and GTM tech stack, reporting and forecasting, pipeline and deal processes, and the metrics leadership uses to run the business. As our Customer Success team takes on a larger role in driving expansion revenue, you'll help build the infrastructure to track and grow NRR, GRR, and expansion pipeline alongside new business. This is a role for someone who loves turning data into clear insight, builds scalable processes, and wants real ownership in a high-growth environment.
What You'll Do CRM & Systems Ownership: Own administration, configuration, and hygiene of our CRM and GTM tech stack. Manage integrations, automations, and tool evaluations to keep systems clean, connected, and scalable. Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership, Sales, and Customer Success, covering pipeline, bookings, conversion rates, sales cycle, win rates, NRR, GRR, churn, and expansion. Deliver insights that drive decisions, not just data. Forecasting: Own the forecasting process for new business, renewals, and expansion. Partner with Sales and CS leadership to run pipeline reviews and improve forecast accuracy. Pipeline & Process Design: Define and enforce lead management, opportunity stages, handoffs, and renewal workflows across Marketing, Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success. Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements across the funnel. Deal Desk & Contracting Support: Support quoting, pricing approvals, discounting guidelines, and contract workflows. Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure deals are structured, documented, and booked accurately. Compensation & Territory Planning: Partner with leadership and Finance on quota setting, commission plans, territory and book-of-business design, and commission calculations for Sales and CS. GTM Planning: Support annual and quarterly planning, including capacity modeling, target setting, and headcount planning for revenue teams. Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring teams work from a shared source of truth and aligned definitions.
